sergie's no1 fan
No complaints. The weather is wild anyway, makes a mockery of the winter break.I know theres next to no chance of Jim doing it but I'd be tempted to play a weakened team on Tuesday and focus fully on the Hearts game. Our youths would probably put a better show on anyway. They have beaten more full time teams in cup competition than out first team have this season. -
deadasdillinger
These grass pitches have no place in Scottish football.
MP_MFC
Video by Brian McLaughlin on twitter makes it look fine, certainly no worse than the Hearts cup game earlier this year but no matter.Clubs no doubt happy to call off and focus on Wednesday

MJC
Not too unhappy with this tbh. With our current striker crisis and a bigger game coming up on Tuesday night then playing today in those conditions would have ensured an awful spectacle and a farce of a game. Focus on Tuesday night now.

MP_MFC
It’s not up to the fuckin club.OK then, Flow on twitter:Sadly it has beaten us. Pitch was still in a playable spot at the inspection, but the clubs, the official & the SPFL collectively looked at the forecasts, taking everything into account, & decided to postpone. We’ll get a rearranged date booked in soon. Sorry for any inconvience.
Archie McSquackle
It's absolutely horrendous out there and supposed to get worse with very strong winds (stronger than last weekend when the game became a farce). Can't really have any complaints to be honest.
Desp
Sensible decision. Forget the rain, it's not possible to have a decent game of football in 50mph winds. High winds make a game an absolute farce. Hopefully it calms down before Tuesday and we can get a decent cup tie.

buddie06smfc
Let's just make Tuesday night winner takes all? My thoughts exactly. 90 mins to determine the league result then penalty shootout to see who goes through in the cup.
