That said packing the away end in Paisley on a midweek night "to send us down" only to end up booing their own players, losing and then getting relegated due to a pandemic runs it pretty close.

I wonder how many of these utter roasters on JKB, posting all of this pish about boycotting, opposing fans/chairmen etc fearing for their safety, and generally waging the 100 years war on the rest of Scottish football... ..got stuck right the f**k into all the Sevconians who were posting exactly the same utter horseshit in 2012, as if it was gong to change a damm thing about the inevitable outcome. All that this will lead to is the continued disgust that every decent fan in Scottish football will feel towards Hearts, (as many do still towards Sevco), for a number of years to come. 2. At least Hearts will be able to sing the “no-one likes us, we don’t care song”* (See point 1) 3. It is fucking hilarious that the Jambos, lead by Wee Les, see Arbitration as a victory because they get to see the documents. Arbitration was exactly what the SPFL were seeking, and it is clear to any vaguely competent defence team , that documents would likely be required as part of the process, and if they think that the SPFL have not prepared for this eventuality, it is yet another example of their utter delusion. The hope that a a smoking gun document will be revealed during these proceedings are the last desperate clutch for straws, to try to save some sort of face, and recover some sort of loss, for 2 years of utter mismanagement and piss poor performance on and off the park. 4. Get to f**k Hearts. *Anyone who sings this song actually does care that no one likes them, and actually often get quite cross when people tell them so.. This on Sunday to find out Monday his team “we cannae afford oor 3 way legal bill” time for a bake off
welshbairn
According to JKB Hearts are relying on evidence of 2 bits of underhand play by the SPFL coming out of the document recovery. 1. They knew about the Dundee vote coming in before 5pm. Even if they did, which would mean blatant lying by Ian Blair and Deloitte, it wouldn't matter to the result as Dundee changed their mind as they were entitled to do. 2. Neil Doncaster told Aberdeen there was no need to vote as it was a done deal. Which it was in the Premiership section of the vote, Dundee's vote only affected the Championship section. If they've got nothing more I can't see how the panel will be able to come to any conclusion other than that Hearts were fairly relegated by a democratic vote of clubs, according to the rule book, in the extraordinary circumstances of an unprecedented pandemic. Given that the Scottish Government only permitted full contact training to start last week, and the shortage of available fixture dates for 20/21 premiership fixture dates as it is, finishing the season was physically impossible. It's possible Partick Thistle could be awarded compensation for conceivably only losing out because of being forced to play a cup tie when they could have picked up the 3 points which would have saved them from relegation. Not a penny for Hearts though. Edited July 6, 2020 by welshbairn

There's also the 'I'll just leave my bank account details lying around, feel free to pop some money into it, if you want' begging bowl statement from Ann Budge and the 'Here's the Kickstarter for the legal fees' begging bowl from some random fan. Between it being a massive money sink, and the monolithic 'if you're not with us, you're one of the vermin' mindset and the constant state of two-minute hate against suppressive persons other clubs, being a Heart of Midlothian fan right now must be a bit like being a Scientologist. Except with John Robertson instead of Tom Cruise. Have you guys thought about offering personality tests outside of shopping centres to recruit supporters?
