Buying yourself a Christmas present

Recommended Posts

My Christmas present from the wife will undoubtedly be paid for by me, just waiting for the "youd be aswell just going and getting it, you know what you want". Despite me selecting something that can be obtained from a shop no more than half a mile from our home and telling her about 2 months ago.

So aye, I assume my Chritsmas present to myself will be the one my wife got me.

Don't really think about it this way, if I need it I buy it.

I might be in the minority but I quite like buying gifts for the family.

The last thing I bought for myself that isn't very useful, but looks nice was this lava lamp.

You should sign a Power of Attorney, your decision making is compromised.

You might need to retake the picture, I think it’s behind a hideous lava lamp that I assume is in a ‘to be binned’ pile.

Are you not allowed to use grown up scissors yet?

If I wanted/needed anything I wouldn’t  wait until Christmas to buy it for myself.

Normally this would be me; but my birthday & Christmas are at roughly the same time so I use that as a 'justification' for buying something big.

PS5 for me.

You should treat yourself more often. Must be at least 30 years since you bought yourself that!
