But what it tells us is that Labour is now comfortably positioned as a party of the centre-right, as the Tories have lurched to the quicksands of racially extremist and environmentally bankrupt populism. PM for seven weeks before she got the boot and now she’s going to give a speech at the Tory Party Conference and advocate for the policies that got her huckled. Sometimes when you think they cannot get more mental, they go and trump themselves. That Liz Truss has the brass neck to ever show her face in public again is quite something. That 60!! MP's feel strongly enough to back her is utterly staggering. Whatever you do, don't look up the parties Tasmina Ahmed Sheikh has been a member of. I suspect there are people who just want power, whatever that means.
