Dee Man
You've done your weekly shop at Asda. You've returned to your Nissan Qashqai with your £186 worth of shopping and you've fired it into your ample boot space. You've pressed the remote automatic boot close on your key fob and stood in awe yet again at how far technology has come. You've pushed your trolley into the empty parking spot beside you, jumped into your car and driven home to empty your groceries into the pantry/fridge/freezer or wherever they belong. Or have you... Arch Stanton
Usually Lidl Citroen C4 coupe VTS Usually under £30 Car is 15 years old I use the basket you drag along behind you via the big handle. ETA they have a device within which means you can't remove them from the shop. I do own a fridge/freezer. philpy
Always take it back to the trolley bay. Scummy behaviour otherwise. Leaving it lying in parking bays is the height of fucking laziness.

derrybiy
Always return to the trolley area. Reminds me of this entertaining YouTube channel. Amazing how wound up people get at being told basic manners. Edited August 16, 2021 by derrybiy

jamamafegan
I don’t even bother with a basket, I just launch the stuff I’m getting into my tote bags/rucksack and then empty them at the checkout. Folk say “but it will look like you are stealing” - well I don’t really care what people think and I look forward to the day I am stopped in Aldi and accused of being a thief.

Wouldn't it be quicker and easier using a basket?
SANTAN
I don't return it to keep the good trolley folk in employment. Same way I chuck litter everywhere to make sure street cleaners have jobs. It's called society. -
