Lack of playing facilities

With many council facilities now being swallowed up by community clubs with large academies will there be a major shortage of available parks to play on for all the other amateur teams?

Do  you have any particular locations in mind?

Haven't some Councils turned down requests from community based clubs to take on facilities and turned down planning applications from clubs to up-grade facilities to comply with WoS requirements?
