Access denied

I've started getting some 'Access denied' messages when trying to access the site (see screenshots below). Doesn't matter what part of the forum I try to access, it's the same thing. Seems to last for about 3-5 minutes then I can access the site fine, but this happens randomly across the day. Only started having the issue on Saturday evening.

I'm on android and use the mobile version of the site.
