GoldenNuggets_YeeHaa
Quietly confident of East Fife taking 3 points today. Slattery may lose his place after a solid performance last week with Miller returning. Denham played well on his debut and hopefully we get the same tune today. Albion hammered Bonnyrigg and Stranraer both 4-0 recently albeit away from home and Reilly has 5 goals in 5 games. Similar to us, they seem to be struggling for home form which may go in our favour. Both sides will be desperate for the win so it should be a good game. Mon the Fife! 5/6 East Fife double chance on today's coupon also. King Kebab
Miller is suspended for two games, so #PatSlatt keeps his place, quite deservedly!!! We looked good last week, but we lack a finisher, if we had a poacher playing we could have scored at least another two with the chances we created, can see a similar outlook today!!!

Cosmic Joe
For those who didn't attend and rely on King Kebab's cut and paste updates. We won 1-0. Big three points. Thought Slattery played well.
GoldenNuggets_YeeHaa
One of our more solid performances today. Gave absolutely nothing away and don't remember Flem having to making a decent save. Shepherd missed a late penalty and although he won it, Healy or Ferguson should really have taken it. Good to see McManus and Page getting some minutes also. The 3 points seem massive at this stage especially with Bonnyrigg snatching a late winner. It gives us some breathing space from the bottom 2 with other results going our way. All the best to Albion Rovers for the season. Decent enough side but more than happy to watch them and Bonnyrigg fight it out.
Taxi41
Massive 3 points. I like the Rovers and feel all the games this season have been close affairs. Hopefully we kick on from here. Slattery impactive on last 2 performances, gives more than Miller.
Exiled Fifer
Not a classic by any means but a hard fought 3 points gained against a well organised but powder puff Rovers side. They rely too much on Reilly but Steele kept him very quiet so Rovers reverted to long range efforts that did not bother Fleming. EF started very well, scoring early and could have had 1 or 2 more had the final pass been more accurate. The EF back 4 were outstanding in particular Steele and Denham on a very heavy pitch. Schiavone and Denholm up front ran their socks off so come the last 10 minutes they were breathing out their arses and had to be subbed. One small point of concern is who takes the penalties if Trouten is not on the pitch. That’s twice now that a penalty has been saved ,ironically both against AR after Trouten has been subbed. I thought that McManus would taken it today ( given his track record) but I don’t know which pecking order the coaching staff had instructed. Glad the miss didn’t come back and bite Shepherd in the face.
Shawheadrover
Absolutely thoroughly deserved win for East Fife: Rovers were terrible, and we were lucky it was only 0-1. Thanks also to the East Fife directors and Chairman, who were great company: gentlemen all, and we had a few beers and good chat after the game. I thought the Fife 7 and 11 were both excellent; but , blimey, my team was mince!!! Oh well!
