Some season - wasn't that long ago we were wondering who'd be alongside us in the bottom 4.

An absolute result considering where we were.

Also a luxury being able to look forward to next season with hope regardless of what league we’re in

Whoever finishes third and fourth will contest the Play-Off Final!!!

You can't say that with any kind of certainty. In all liklihood Dumbarton will finish second but might defeat either Annan Athletic, East Fife, Forfar Athletic or Stenhousemuir in the semi final. Our record away to Dumbarton has been atrocious in recent years.

The Kebab is correct. We are essentially in relegation form, both sides at the bottom of the league have handed us our arse in recent weeks and from what I hear our dressing room isn't in the best of moods. Add to the fact we have a complete loser of a manager who has never contested a play off final before, things don't look good.

From an Annan pov would like us to finish fourth. This would then hopefully give us the opportunity to relegate our friends at Clyde. We owe them one.

Ideally the other semi to be Dumbarton/ Stenhousemuir. Nothing against EF or Forfar but from a carbon footprint these two are a lot easier to get to for a night game.

Didn't the final 2nd leg not used to be played on Sundays? Positive Albion Rovers were promoted at Galabank on a Sunday.

Yes, the last times the Loons were in the final we were away at Alloa on a Sunday (2015), then away to Peterhead on the Saturday (2017 or 18?). As an Annan supporter you should know as you were in the playoff final last year after defeating us in the semi.

Last year we played the now defunct Edinburgh City at home on a Friday night Final. Beat them 2-1 but lost on aggregate. Some hangover the next day.

Friday evening is a crap time for a final especially if you’re travelling.

Ordinarily, heading into the play offs in poor form is a recipe for disaster.

However, you have the luxury of being able to rest players from now until then, that the others won't. Could prove crucial.

We've barely got 11 fit players to put on the park, a 17 year old filling the bench every week too.

Annan or East Fife will have the pleasure of facing Clyde next Friday night following Hamilton taking a play off slot. Hold me back!

Can you please explain why that is ? Hamilton affecting Annan
