Bridie Vision
Very dull so far. No chance Forfar will do anything but put 10 men behind the ball after Nditi's "dive."

theSilverFox
The thread title is excellent, the polar opposite of today’s referee
ScottishLoon
Can we all agree that red card decision was a disgrace? Standard of officials this season has hit a new low, surely something has to change in the training of them, some referees are determined to catch the eye which is the worst attitude a ref can have.
Exiled Fifer
EF should have won this game at a canter had they taken their chances, Forfar had 1 chance, took it and won. That’s football though, put the ball more times in the net than your opponent , then you win. Easy Peasy. The Fife made 9 changes to last week’s starting line up and brought on another 4 youngsters from the U 20’s as subs in the 2nd half. Some of the football and passing displayed by EF was very pleasing to watch with captain for the day Pat S and up front Steven catching the eye. Only worry is that the EF strikers do not take their chances when offered, think about the point blank save from Schiavone and also where he blazed over when 1 on 1 with McCallum just before Forfar scored. Nevertheless, looking forward to the double header with Clyde given today’s display and seeing which players will return to the team.
nofixedability
Forfar had considerably more than “one chance” they were somewhat hampered by a terrible red card decision and the referee failing to see an EF defender play volleyball the goal line. MCCallum had a storming game though. Good luck to EF hope you beat Clyde. Edited May 6, 2023 by nofixedability
Spirit of the Mound
Dead rubber game but entertaining enough despite EF starting with 9 non regulars and introducing 3 or 4 youths late on. Mystified by the Forfar sending off. EF had enough chances to win comfortably but McCallum was unbeatable. Best keeper in the league imo. Thought Taylor Steven was our best player yday with Denholm also impressing and must've put themselves in contention for play offs. Good to see strength in depth but taking chances main concern for play offs.
