Vale Vale Vale
Improvement from last week. 2nd goal we gave away was soft then the penalty killed it off. Nairn were a decent team. Hard slug at the bottom. Mon the Vale

TheScarf
A huge win for Buckie last night against Fraserburgh confirms a threesome for the title race alongside Brechin and BoD.
DiegoDiego
As long as they absolutely pump East Kilbride I don't care who wins the title. If they go on to euthanize Clyde that would also probably be for the best.
Quentin Taranbino
Apologies if mentioned elsewhere, what's the state of play for the three leagues below the HL and feed in. Are all three of the leaders/potential winners able to come up?

Only Lochee United currently have a license that would allow them to get promoted.

Tayport, Fort William and Golspie Sutherland are also licensed; although unless there are masses of points deductions for other clubs, aren't going to be winning any leagues. TheScarf
Buckie have told Clach the game tomorrow might be in Buckie instead of Lossie but won't know until tomorrow morning's pitch inspection at Viccy Park. Clach understandably aren't happy.

I'm sure the bus companies will be delighted when someone tells them, "while you are taking us to Lossie anyway, can you just take us along the road a bit to Buckie instead?"

There's the timings too. I know it's only 15-20 mins from Elgin/Lossie to Buckie but there's pre-match food to be had, warm ups to be planned. You should know at least 24 hours before a match where it's going to be played.
Jimmy Shaker
This used to be a proper league. Now it’s just the Moray Welfare with slightly better Twitter.
TheScarf
People, rightly, slag the LL for bending over to take the OF pipe up their crusty, hairy, un-lubricated arse but the HL really are something else.

We are still playing Broughty twice, first one next Wednesday. If we lose it, it's pretty much over. If we win, it's very much game on as we'd close the gap to 5 points with still 2 games in hand. Strathspey will very much be rooting for Broughty...

Screws things up for the fans too, you need to book an earlier train for Buckie because of the bus connections at Elgin, and Buckie fans have already booked their supporters bus to Lossiemouth. This fixture is a second attempt from when the ref arrived to find a swamp and called it off under an hour from kick off. Sherrif John Bunnell
The league should have told Buckie to bugger off when the suddenly decided their pitch was playable this morning. I doubt the league would be so accommodating if it was diddy teams switching home venues at such notice.

Nobody will know the venue till after 9.30 tomorrow morning, Rod Houston would have told Buckie to GTF.
HibeeJibee
Brora moved their game v Lossiemouth to Golspie on Wednesday at 7.5hrs notice. Sad to see once proud clubs reduced to the footballing equivalent of a travelling circus.
