Direct free kick A direct free kick is awarded if a player commits any of the following offences against an opponent in a manner considered by the referee to be careless, reckless or using excessive force: • charges • jumps at • kicks or attempts to kick • pushes • strikes or attempts to strike (including head-butt) • tackles or challenges • trips or attempts to trip If an offence involves contact, it is penalised by a direct free kick. There's your laws of the game, tell me which of these things Jamie Allan did to commit a foul? There's a handy gif I made just for you so you can see it for yourself, you don't have to thank me, the knowledge that I'm helping the less fortunate is all the thanks I need. That's a lot of words to end with a gif showing a stonewall penalty.
Mike Munro
So it wasn't just me criticising the referee. listening to video. A bit rich making complaint to committee, and factually incorrect.

No point risking him yesterday in a game we were not going to win. hopefully back fit soon, whilst McKenzie has been an able stand in being played out of position, he is not of the same quality of Thomson

The "last man" rule never existed. We’re both wrong. Last man was sending off when denying a goal scoring opp in the box. Which is now a yellow if attempting to win the ball. For some bizarre reason refs are now deeming if it’s a 20 yards shot and it’s just outside the box that’s a red even if in the seconds after 2 defenders could move across and block. It’s a shambles of a rule imo.

Stonewall penalty, end of discussion.

grinderbrokeyourhearts
Thought we were excellent tonight all over the park. Heaver in particular was outstanding and if Sandy had had his shooting boots on her could have had 4 or 5 himself. Black Dug
Special mention to Paul Gillespie. Never been his biggest fan but fair play he was really good tonight. Looks fit and strong and has refound a good bit of pace

Played with Sean at amateur level so always watch the highlights of the games. Really happy to see him performing at a much higher level. Was always far too good for amateur but you never know how players will cope stepping up and playing against better players week in week out.
Marooneye
Wasn't there last night but we looked great on the highlights. Top footage again. Need some of those unavailable back.

However a lot of our injured (same) players, seem to continually pick up random injuries. That is concerning and isn't helpful for selection, as players continue to be asked to cover unfamiliar positions due to lack of numbers. -

You’ve spent more time at Ibrox this season.
