I like that Dundee are so invested in their diddy Mexican

Excuse me, I take great exception to that.

We have 2 diddy Mexicans to get invested in, thank you...

The way our squad is taking shape, you may well get to marvel at Lamie - the one that got away.

We added some mexican spice to our defence. If anything, that little bitch will be gutted he didn't join our exotic set up.

Need to hit the ground running and get something from this match. We can't have another one of those seasons where we have one League win at Christmas or something and expect to stay up.

Would be good to have a few points on the board by the time we play St.Johnstone, get a win there, and leave them in early bother.

Still too early to call how this one will go.

We have had a decent, if somewhat unspectacular League Cup campaign doing just enough in most of the games without blowing anyone away.

Dundee clearly still have work to do having just missed out despite losing only the one game.

Home advantage should favour Dundee, but our away form under Kettlewell has been superb.

Travelling up for this one, first time to Dens in many years, so looking forward to it!

Always think of Motherwell as a decent club, especially existing on the outskirts of Glasgow where there's an incredible amount of Old Firm fans.

That said, been disappointed with their travelling numbers in years gone by. Saturday to start a new season - surely there'll be some sort of atmosphere from the away end.

The Senegalese left back for Motherwell is a stick on for a booking in the bet builder it looks like.

Get our best attacking players on the pitch and have a go to start the season. That includes Robinson, Bakayoko, Cameron, Beck, McCowan and Tiffoney. We're certainly not strong enough in defence to be relying on clean sheets. My line up would be:

McCracken

McGhee Shaugnessy Ashcroft Beck

Tiffoney Boateng Cameron McCowan

Robinson Bakayoko

Thank You.

Spot on with the line up. IMO.

ETA If Tiffoney injured, could swap him with Mulligan.
