jimbaxters
Thought it might be nice to highlight a result which sticks after each round of fixtures. Imagine there will be differences of opinion on what a good result is. I'll kick off with the midweek results. One which stands out is Maybole taking three points at Kilwinning Rangers. Not sure how the game panned out but would have expected to see Buffs get a strong win in that one, so well done to Maybole. Which results throughout the league caught your eye?
bc57
Girvan beating Irvine Vics 4-0. As much the scoreline as anything else after Vics winning 5-0 against a competitive Glasgow Utd at the weekend.

Aye. Saw the highlights this morning. Didn't realise they had signed McKenzie from Darvel. Although their two goals were gifted to them
O'Kelly Isley III
An honourable mention to Lesmahagow who beat Vale of Leven 7-6 in a WOSL3 opening league fixture. Remarkable enough as the scoreline was, apparently the Vale were leading 6-3 very late into the game, with the Gow scoring the last two goals in injury time.

Not really a surprise Maybole beating Kilwinning. Maybole will be a higher budget than the Buffs this season. Plenty cash getting spent down Ladywell in recent seasons

But we do that to teams more often than is done to us. Winton hammering Perthshire was remarkable and is my lock-in.

KirkieRR
Us. 3-1 down with a couple of minutes to go, honking throughout the second half, and then pull two goals from nowhere to level it.

Andy groundhopper
Any reason for Perthshire's collapse ? players missing, red cards etc - saw them a few times last season and looked a decent side. Guess there's no surprises until teams find their form.

Marlowe
11 hours ago, Black Pennel said: Ardrossan Winton Rovers just clicked today. Some result. Winton were excellent but Ryan Wilson was the stand-out player who made things happen up front with his hard running past defenders and heading for the penalty box. His performance brought out extra from his fellow players. Perthshire didn't defend badly but couldn't cope with very fast direct runners on both Winton's wings.
BANKIEBILL
I'd go with the Largs win. Troon won 1st 2 ... Largs without a win. Go and trounce the joint leaders in their backyard. Largs for me

Was not really surprised to see KRR get a draw yesterday after the way they played against Beith last week with 10 men for the best part of a hour
