jagfox
Obviously voted Haddock, used to like a black Pudding supper back in the day but sometimes, like haggis a victim of not being cooked right. So easy to be a bit dry. Do you still get haggis and/or black Pudding in a more rhomboid shape? My mate was in Edinburgh the other week and this is the haggis he got. That's just a normal haggis pudding. The west coast sausage shaped one's are an abomination. On the subject of puddings I'm happy for the Hebrideans to claim their marags as the best as they don't have much going for them but Grants of Speyside are better.

How the f**k are Scotland supposed to compete at the World Cup against your Choripans , your Currywursts and your Frikadellers?

Bairnardo
Voted haddock. Last chippy was a haddock. I'd say I dabble in others maybe 1 in 5 chippies consumed at home. Never get fish when out steaming though. Thats prime chipsteak/king rib time. Fish Supper a worthy, if predictable winner, but theres really not much in the way of bad battered food from a chippy tbbh
Cosmic Joe
I've got to admit, I'm getting a half battered pizza ahead of the game tomorrow night. Largely because Glasgow would not know a decent fish supper if it came up and bit it on the arse.

It was rubber, and awful. Very rarely do throw food in the bin, but that was one of those occasions. A place called Tooties in Keith, which I doubt is attributable to any coast.
