Not quite a must win for me but certainly a must not lose.

Young being back is a boost, him and Rennie by far our best front pairing.

Hopefully build on the cup win and a weeks rest.

You might not get a better chance. Stranraer are struggling every week for numbers. Injuries to key players in specific areas of the team have killed us since very early in season.

With the top 3 next 3 weeks I would say its a must win.

Otherwise we could be marooned by New Year.

Yeah, I tend to agree. Hopefully everyone recognises this but also the fact that there are some (albeit very slight!) grounds for optimism with McCall coming in to steady things.

Hoping for a few more supporters than usual making it along today to back the team given the importance of the match and also how crucial this period is for the club. It's getting close to make or break time.

We are the only team in the world that can concede a goal after the linesman fouls an opposition player.

That said, we have been the better side and deserve to be in front. The nervousness when they equalised though...

Desperately hoping we can somehow avoid three cricket scores over the next three weeks and a plethora of signings are announced ASAP in January.

2 year deal for Cameron Mulvanny, by the way. Just what was goateed Jim Duffy smoking in the summer?! The only consolation was how bad Stranraer also looked, but that won't count for much if we don't improve markedly and quickly ourselves.

I'm too cold for the fact we've meekly thrown away a lead against that rabble twice today to properly sink in. Maybe when I thaw out I'll be ready to try and fathom how we've managed not to win that.

As usual we are so generous toward opposition who don’t need to create goals. Hugely frustrating today, it’s obvious to everyone that McCall has managed to at least get a semblance of a system and game plan, which considering the utter lack of ability amongst this Duffy inflicted aberration is a bonus at least and something to cling on to.

Not much more to say other than that Rennie sitter missed and allowed Stranraer to equalise just sums us up. Made worse by the fact that the invisible Oli McDonald get hauled off ant the sub fecken scores! Typical

Roll on January!!

Looked  to me that Stevenson thought he had given a free kick and just booted the ball out for a corner. 🤯🤯
McCall was going mental at him

I have some sympathy; he's unlikely to have known exactly what happened. Why he stuck it out for a corner is bizarre though.

I understand why we are going with the back three but Dunachie struggles as the left sided centre half. Not really much option though?

Scullion, Sula both played well. Leslie was a threat on the few occasions he got the ball. It is a shame Forbes can't move as he is by far our most composed midfielder in possession.

I don’t. It doesn’t make us tighter at the back. It gets us pinned in with more bodies behind the ball. You also need a football player in there to take the ball out of defence - something we don’t have.
