O'Kelly Isley III
A good response to last week, especially with the other results today, so well done Sons. But why was Carlo substituted, please don't tell me he's badly injured.

ScottishLoon
Simply Sleepwalking in defence today, we fell asleep for both the set pieces at the 3rd and 4th goals. Are we all in agreement though that the referee has denied a complete stonewall penalty and subsequent red card?! That and Forfar are shite. There's always the fear of a Fazing but I do think we'll win here. Yip.
Jupiter Jazz
All of McKinnons tinkering and I still have to suffer Robson and Moore every single week.

Bridie Vision
Forfar scored two more goal than I expected today. That's something...
ScottishD81
Deserved win ref was a joke as always at this level. Could've had one or two more. Bit shaky near half time but thankfully responded quickly. Played some good stuff at times hopefully more of same next week
May Rckinnon
to be fair to Dumbarton, they looked like a proper football team.

Every team we play against looks competent . We look exactly what we are , a team full of juniors
nofixedability
We were utter trash but that was a clear penalty and red card when Skelly was in on goal and was shoved over. That said several Forfar players have chucked it and need bombed out, no idea how McKinnon can continue, no home wins by Christmas cannot be supported. FifeSons
Stenny and Peterhead couldn’t have easier games next week, too, so we can only try and keep pace for now.

It's hard to see the other teams in the top 4 dropping points the next couple of weeks. All we can do is keep winning our own matches and not bottle it, again... again...
Clarko_son
How did Broun look overall?
Jan Vojáček
At 3-2 that could've gone either way. Both sides looking a bit chaotic at the back and a threat going forward. As soon as we got the fourth it was game over. Two goals disallowed, one off the line and a couple of good chances missed. It could've, and maybe should've, been six or even more. Thoroughly enjoyable day out. With Jinky especially an absolute joy to watch.

He made a terrific first-half save and his handling generally was pretty secure. Albeit Forfar didn't threaten all that much. He didn't ever look in any danger. He's very sharp off his line, which I liked too. The only thing that went against him was his kicking, which was pretty howling. He took a lot of backpasses first time and just fired them right into the air. Today will do him the world of good imo. I spoke to him afterwards and he said he was nervous, but three points, a pretty assured display and the fans singing his name at full time should put him in a good place.
