invergowrie arab
An easy 3 points for the form team in the league and runaway promotion favourites? Or will it be United who emerge victorious? Our home form is fucking stinking and likely relegation form when you take out Arbroath and Thistle who are basically freebies. Hopefully Morton's recent success encourages attacking football otherwise we toil like f**k to break teams down. Happily our strikers seem to be scoring again. 1-0 United from a 79th minute penalty.
madton
We will probably make it difficult for you to break us down whilst remaining competitive and dangerous ourselves. George Oakley will be key for us to get us up the park, something we didn't have in our last two away games against Inverness and Airdrie. Missing Robbie Muirhead for this via suspension but we do have a couple of options to replace him, guessing McGrattan for his defensive qualities. Our midfield options of Crawford, Wilson, Gillespie/Power are all playing well and we will need that to continue. Defensively, we look very solid and are giving very little chances away. We've only had 3 shots on target against us in the last 3 games combined.4 clean sheets on the bounce and if that continues, I think all Morton fans will take it. 1-1. kdyteejay
Theyβll definitely sit in making it a boring match. Love it for them to prove me wrong but I doubt it.

We just won 3-0 with a great performance daftie. The way we'll set up at Tannadice will not be the same as we set up for playing relative cannon fodder. Just as if you were going to Celtic Park or Ibrox you'd be shelling up and hoping for any kind of result.

skinny arab
Docherty, Gallagher and McMann all missing is a big blow, Tilson and Graham will hopefully carry on from good showings against Arbroath but a decision is to be made at left back. Duffy seems the obvious like for like replacement but has zero league minutes this season, Freeman has filled in at left back before but his confidence seems shot, Middleton finished the game there on Tuesday but would Goodwin want to take him out of his attacking role and lastly Holt could play there but with Gallagher missing thereβs no way we could move Holt from the centre of defence. Personally Iβd like to see Duffy get the nod but wouldnβt be shocked to see Middleton there with Cudjoe starting further forward.Β Edited January 5 by skinny arab

A boring 0-0 here would be just about the most entertaining thing that's happened all season (if you're watching the home stands from the away end). Although us nicking it 1-0 would be even better...

Aye because every game you've seen your team play has been full of attacking football. Get to f**k precious.
Chippyminton
This game represents our biggest challenge this season so far. DU are free-scoring most of the time, defensively solid most of the time, and their stats speak for themselves. Theyβd be absolutely running away with it, were it not for the stellar challenge currently being mounted by Raith. But weβre unquestionably on an upwards trajectory just now, with our early-season injury crisis now levelling out. I think most Ton supporters would be delighted to see us walk away from this one with a point. Anything over and above that would be a bonus the size of Ben Nevis.

Dunning1874
Presumambly the same shape as the last few games with Garrity, Power and O'Connor like for like with Muirhead, Gillespie and Baird. No Baird is a big blow. I did wonder about Garrity, obviously it's usually a player he's signed rather than a return from a loan but Imrie hasn't minded launching a new introduction to the squad straight into the starting XI in the past. Bearing in mind it's Tannadice and he's criticised his defensive workrate that's an extremely bold move where McGrattan or Boyd would be safe options to do the running he wants from a winger, but he can see if Garrity sinks or swims throwing him in like this. The Ghost of B A R P
Canβt see us getting anything here without Baird and Muirhead. Only faint glimmer is that Imrie might have a wee tactical curve-ball in mind with that line-upβ¦
