You could argue O'Connor should be a first pick anyway given his form last season and his cameo appearances since he came back from injury. I personally don't have any concerns about him coming in for Baird. Big Robbie is a blow of course but you have to adapt like any other team who loses a star player. Garrity starting is a bit of a surprise to say the least. But this is his big chance and in football like in life you have to take your chance when it comes along.
