BullyWeeStonehouse Posted January 23 Posted January 23 I'm a little more optimistic about this after getting Jordan Allan back in the team but it'll still be a tough one as Spartans have been doing well since joining the league. I'd take a draw tbh but hopefully we can sneak a win by the odd goal. 0 Quote
macclyde+ Posted January 23 Posted January 23 Hopefully a couple more in before Saturday. Getting more optimistic by the signing, but crucial few games coming up, we need to keep the momentum going. 0 Quote

Replays Posted January 23 Posted January 23 4 points out of 6 this calendar year is not a bad start when you consider we only managed 9 points from August to the turn of year. Cuddihy being fit for this one would be beneficial for us and with another signing or two rumoured to come in (so I’ve heard) it could be a fairly ‘new look’ side we have out. Spartans will rightly be confident given their league position and their performance last weekend but we need wins and we need them fast so fingers crossed that starts on Saturday. 1 Quote

Broonaldo Posted January 26 Posted January 26 If the Clyde that beat Bonnyrigg a few weeks back turns up, this will be a good game. Otherwise it’ll be a convincing Spartans victory ….. 0 Quote
tamthebam Posted January 26 Posted January 26 Douglas Ross will get a warm welcome from the home fans- Tories the lot of them. 0 Quote

same_ol_g35 Posted January 27 Posted January 27 Bumped into Ian McCall as we came in the stadium, he said hello and tried to shake the wee man's hand and the wee man ran away. A great start to proceedings. 0 Quote
Jaggy Snake Posted January 27 Posted January 27 (edited) Started well, fell out of it completely then worked our way back into it a little. Still too many hopeful balls forward and no composure. Leitch took a long time to get involved in much which didn't help. Dunachie caught out by the highball for the goal and not helped by Howie diving in seconds later instead of just trying to contain the men. Cuddihy's passing has been utterly atrocious. David W Posted January 27 Posted January 27 We've been the better team, stung for a wee bit by the equaliser which again came as a result of not having competent full backs. We really should have fashioned a second goal. 0 Quote
