I'm one. At the G2 in Glasgow I think it was.

Very low key gig IIRC. Elliott played bass for the support act, then swapped instruments with him for the main set.

Don't get me wrong, not the cheerist music, but he poured his soul out in each song!!

1st song "Needle in the hay" written apparently before he was a smack&crack junky. Lyrics, timing, he knew what dope sickness is like. Premonition.

He was an alcoholic first. His friends put him in rehab, his response "Christian Brothers" while in Heatmister. 'Christian Brothers" being an alcoholic spirit.
