LIVIFOREVER
Following on from the perfect film's thread, i was watching Banshee again, and just finished it today, and thought what a good way to end a series. A few things weren't shown how they ended, like Proctors gunfight with the Cartel, and others tied up nicely but left open for new adventures. Although unlike TWD, who are milking spin off shows for all they're worth, Banshee has just left it as it is, and i think that's just a great way to do it. Any other tv shows you can think of where they finished it just nicely, can think of a few like Dexter, GoT, TWD, that left everyone unsatisfied, and some that just went on too long till you got fed up of them.

BFTD
I'm struggling to think of TV show that had a really good ending. They all seem to have ended a bit disappointingly. I remember thinking that Cracker should've ended with Brotherly Love (the one where...a main character takes a header off a tall building). It would've been a tremendous way to finish, but unfortunately they kept on a wee bit after, and the one-off specials were all shite. I suppose Brass Eye finishing with the Paedophilia special was some way to go out!
tamthebam
I suppose if you didn't like Blake's 7 the fact they all get shot at the end* was probably satisfying *we don't see Avon getting shot...

Bully Wee Villa
Blackadder is the best finale of anything, ever. (Even if, technically, it wasn't the finale). Edited September 22 by Bully Wee Villa
LauriestonBairn
The UK Office was a good ending. Blackadder has to be the best though!

54_and_counting
Top of the pops Not that they play the number 1 in the chart at the end, but at the end you sit there and go "he's jailed now, good" (or deed depending how old the episode is)
