Each of the downloads make up the main .dat files in your install folder (that's why it's easy to install, you just copy files over others). You do want the improved sounds though, if only for the (now) decent gruff roar when scoring a goal. I downloaded the job lot anyway, works brilliantly Only thing was when I was installing the option file. It mentioned a dkz or dmz or something studio was needed and I don't have it. As for the option file, you only need the dmz app if you are going to edit the options (and other game .dat) files.
