I sometimes wish they'd kept Audioslave going, but sometimes I think they might have done the right thing splitting after just the 3 albums. The latest Soundgarden album was decent. Dunno what the future of Rage Against The Machine is but for me I don't see them having one other than the odd big gig playing the hits... Given the way the Western countries feel since 9/11, doubt anybody wants to hear Zac De La Rocha's anti-establishment, renegade, government regime bashing lyrics again. Yeah but with rage I just enjoyed his ferocity. I mean he was properly enraged on every track. As for audioslave they were a bit different. Morellos sound and Cornell's voice were great. And they could do that soft rock ballad like a stone type or the full blooded stuff like Cochise with ease.
