Guest WELL-MADE
After going quiet earlier this year, The Future of Scottish Football has been relaunched. There is also a new forum on the Messageboard where the SFA have said they will answer questions where possible. Pop along and have a look. The Questions and Polls forum require membership to post but the rest don't.

ALL HÚNS 'n' TIMS ARE SCUM
Who cares about the future of Scottish Football? Not me I only care about Falkirk, It wouldn't bother me if we played in the Conference in England - and every other team in Scotland went bust. Guest WELL-MADE
Thats the attitude I'd expect from an Old Firm fan. I agree that most people care about their club but if they don't start thinking about everyone else then there will be no football in Scotland and if you really think that Falkirk could hold their own in the Conference then yoiur day dreaming again Seriously though something needs to be done before we do have clubs going bust especially when they are paying out for stadia etc that they'll never use. ALL HÚNS 'n' TIMS ARE SCUM
Falkirk aren't going bust, we repaid our debts in full and are debt free unlike the Motherwell cheats. I'd rather go to nice places like Chester than dives like Motherwell any day.

Chester just got promoted from the Conference However, York's a nice place and Carlisle would be a convenient stop off point
ALL HÚNS 'n' TIMS ARE SCUM
I do like York, and if Falkirk had been playing there this season, We could all have seen The Shambles twice in one day

ALL HÚNS 'n' TIMS ARE SCUM
At least Motherwell have assets though... We do have assets, a 50% share in a stand and the second best training facility in Scotland. Its funny how despite our lack of assets and St Mirren's very expensive asset, its not our chairman bleating in the press about money worries. Chris
Ours isn't bleating. He's just released plans for a new ground with the full backing of Paisley MPs Wendy Alexander and Irene *someone* - don't live in Paisley so wouldn't know and didn't pay much attention to her! In any case purpleheid has probably given up 'bleating' after the p1sh he came out with last year about OFT complaints etc
Ric
Sorry mate, don't mean to be harsh, but... I'm all for people doing websites but at least don't make them look a dogs dinner.
savagecabbage
Sorry mate, don't mean to be harsh, but...I'm all for people doing websites but at least don't make them look a dogs dinner. Have you looked at the site Dogs dinner, no sorry i cant see that. The guy has obviously put a lot of effort into the site and the sfa question and answer section is a great idea. Its a shame more folk take the time to register and have a look. We all moan about the state of the national team etc at least there there is a chance the sfa will answer the questions. If we all took 5 minutes out to look beyond our own laziness maybe things could be accomplished through it. It could become a fans portal to the sfa. How many folk have wondered how the sfa work? The site has the opportunity to run in conjunction with the likes of this one without taking people away from here.It would be nice to see some of the poeters here give it a shot. Those involved in websites will no doubt know the time and effort thats needed to run them and will appreciate the way hes gone about it. Have a look it wont kill you.
Flow
Kinda surprised by that comment as well... I think the site has character, and I can confirm that the hard work into setting it up has been immeasurable. Like Savage says, we all continue to moan about the state of our game, and we all have views on just how it should be structured. A site like that gives you a platform to air those views and know they will be passed and viewed by the people who are supposed to be running our game! Guest WELL-MADE
Ricster wrote I'm all for people doing websites but at least don't make them look a dogs dinner. I can take criticism mate, but how about making it constructive. What is it that you feel is wrong with the site? I don't do websites for a living, I am not out to make money out of it either therefore I have to rely on what I can do and the suggestions I get from other folk. I have tried free templates but they aren't exactly the best quality and rarely the look taht is planned for the site. As I said if there is a criticism make it constructive and tell me what you don't like. email me webmaster@tfosf.co.uk
Ric
Sorry, ignore that comment, it was ungracious and unfair. Good luck with your site, I hope it is a success.
