The good furniture is on the patio below. Far away from children's hands.

dave.j
If anyone's looking for good plants at a reasonable price, Morrisons are fantastic. The staff in my local store really look after their stock. I'm down most nights doing the bread n milk run so always have a good look. Picked up a Heuchera and an Ajuga Reptans. 2 quid each. Last week a Spotted Laurel, Viburnum and a Lonicera.
dave.j
The gardens starting to really take shape again and after clearing and barking a 6ft deep over grown border, my next door neighbours been shamed into doing the same.
Nkomo-A-Gogo
Barks would frighten them off I'd imagine.
Shandon Par
I had to cut the grass before work this morning and it put me in a bad mood for the rest of the day. Wrecks the shoes, turning the soles green. The dog tries to chew the cable constantly. The gardener does it every week or so but the grass looks shite after a few days so I had to do it to stave off missus dropping hints about it all day. PTTGOYN thread for my pish but I wish gardens would just f**k off.

I think some Agapanthus(African lily) would look great in there. Flower around the same time as your hydrangeas. Fast growing flower stalks that open like fireworks. Lovely to watch them grow.
dave.j
Just had a wee look and would love that. Similar idea to Crocosmia?
