DomDom
Lacklustre stuff from both men, but hey, it seems like this could be very engaging stuff so I'm not complaining.
Cowden til i die
This is unreal. Its not even like Barney has came out and played the darts of his life, its just that Taylor has been so poor! Keep it up though Barney, long way to go.
DomDom
It's looking bad for Barney. Taylor has stepped things up and, as I suspected, Barney can't stick with him.
The Minertaur
4-2 to Taylor now. Barney struggling big style just now!
tigerton
Methinks its game over. Same old story.
Cowden til i die
Phil Taylor is so frustrating when hes playing well. You want him to miss but he just doesnt. Things dont look good for the man from the Netherlands.
mozam76
I'm sure it's been said by others earlier in the thread, but Sid Waddell really is a fucking imbecile. I know he's a learned guy and all that keech, but he must have a masters in talking rancid shite. Both Taylor and Barney seem to be way off the top of their game just now.
Marshmallo
Taylor really pisses me off when he is ahead and he starts smiling and applauding his opponents hitting doubles. Funny how he wasn't doing it in the first couple of sets of this match. -
DomDom
That crowd seems to be driving Barney a bit at the moment. The improvement in his game means he can actually live with a Taylor that is playing well.
Marshmallo
Dedicated his win to Steven Gateley after mentioning Robbie Williams Never misses a chance to name-drop, does he? -
mozam76
Quite a poor final I thought, compared to some others I've seen. On a different note, does anyone know the name of the song that was played over the montage at the end their? Brilliant, whatever it was.
The Naitch
Dedicated his win to Steven Gateley after mentioning Robbie Williams Never misses a chance to name-drop, does he? Oh, Taylor's long, long list of best pals is never far away. Joe Longthorne, Kym Marsh and that bloke from The Darkness are all good, good personal friends (to nick a phrase from Alan McInally).

DomDom
That song has found it's way into the mainstream BIG time, and is suddenly a regular feature in the top 10 every week. I'm delighted that this band are getting some big exposure, as their album is the bees knees.

The Naitch
Jelle Klaasen beat Kirk Shepherd (remember him?) 6-1 in the Group 7 Final of Championship League Darts today. Group 8 is tomorrow then the Grand Final is on Thursday with the eight group winners competing for the title.
F_T_Y
http://www.pdc.tv/page/NewsdeskDetail/0,,1...1832798,00.html PDC offer 1 million pounds for the bdo This would be great if it happened.Cant see olly croft giving his game away. This would be like selling his soul to the devil. The Naitch
The quotes from Ted Hankey on the BBC website are laughable - he claims that he'd rather be with the gimmicky BDO than play in the PDC where they 'concentrate on winning'. Whilst Hearn's bid could be described at best as cheeky - Olly Croft's comments are dripping with bitterness as usual: http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/other_spor...rts/8318633.stm EDIT: Adrian Lewis FINALLY won his way through to the Grand Final of Championship League darts at the THIRTEENTH attempt after beating van Gerwen in the final of Group 8 today. Quick (and genuine) question here, regarding this £1m offer - what right does Croft have to decide whether to turn it down or not? Is the BDO actually his, or is he majority shareholder or what? How does it work?

Is the BDO actually his, or is he majority shareholder or what? How does it work? He's the founder of the BDO and has been the 'ringmaster' for the whole operation since it began - I think officially he's the Chairman of the organisation. Hearn, though, wants to hear replies from all 60 or so shareholders before taking the next step.
