H_B
Nice guy btw, although, I suppose if you support an Old Firm team you are automatically a dick these days Spending hte night cooling off in the cells for a domestic doesn't exactly help his cause much. Of course that was down to "jealous neighbours" according to the man himself.

H_B
Ach well, if he wants to be like Taylor..... True. There's just something displikeable about Thornton. Unlike Anderson, who just comes over as a bit simple.

Yeh, him and Shepherd could definitely start a window cleaning business. Met Thornton twice, seemed a decent guy, even made his wife buy me a drink

He makes the wee Joe guy who won X Factor sound like an intellectual.
Lambies_Apprentice
With a handful of exceptions obviously, darts players just don't seem bright, period.
F_T_Y
Anderson is better than Thornton. No contest. hmmmmmm that would be a great match.
tigerton
With a handful of exceptions obviously, darts players just don't seem bright, period. All the Dutch ones show the Brits up constantly on their counting abilities. Mervyn Kings persistence on going for T16 on 80 with 3 darts shows how thick they can be.
H_B
It's quite amusing when Harrington talks about players as being "good counters".

Yeah when they are on 82 some people go bull d16,the bull is the smallest part of the board and if you hit the 25 your only going to have one dart at the double.Treble 60 double 11 .

Cowden til i die
Wade is one of the worst counters i have seen in the game. Awful, just awful. He should be smart though as he has glasses.
StewartyMac
Co Stompe reminds me of the slightly creepy, older guy from the pub that always seems to know everything about horse racing bets.
Lambies_Apprentice
Who is the best darts 'WAG' then? Colin Osbourne's burd is pretty tidy. I'd ride Van Gerwen and Klaasen's burds too. Donna Mardle looks classy too.
H_B
Didn't see her this year, but have admired Alan Tabern's wife in the past. I don't know how he managed to snare her.
tigerton
It's quite amusing when Harrington talks about players as being "good counters". There should not be any darts player who cant count imo. Harrington has a cheek to talk. During the Baxter Anderson match, twice Baxter had 84 left and one dart in hand, and twice he hit the bull leaving D17. The commentators were having kittens over why he did this. Not hard, if he goes for T20 to leave D12, and hits a single, he leaves 64, a 3 dart out. If he goes for Bull to leave D17 and misses, he hits a 25 and leaves 59, a 2 dart out. Play the percentages eh Harrington.
