DomDom
Oh, I think it's worth mentioning that a guy called Evander Stevenson who plays in the darts league up this way is still in the running for a spot at the Lakeside!
black and gold army
Baxter plays with the East Stirlingshire county team. Plays for a team in the same league as me though, hopefully he does well

MTJ
Adams 3/1 to win this heap of shite looks a good bet. Edited September 2, 2011 by MTJ
F_T_Y
Baxter started well but missed a few doubles.. Hyslop giving a good account of himself here. Great stuff ,3 nil win for hyslop. Great match there. The bulls saved hofstra in that one. In the battle of world champions, adams beat lewis 13-12.That should put the bdo v pdc debate to bed Edited September 2, 2011 by F_T_Y

And another wonderful run from John Part who has arguably been the most impressive player on the circuit this season. DomDom
Do we think that Barney will start playing more on the circuit to make up for potential losses in the OOM? He might be keeping in mind that there's loads of players now and to keep his spot he has to start winning more money. Looking forward to tonight. Some potential good 'uns. Hoping that the "big names" means that there'll be a bigger crowd too. ESPN have done a decent job with the production and with a good crowd, it could come across really well.
The Naitch
ESPN's coverage has been decent so far, not the best venue though - can't put my finger on it, think it's because there's a bit of an echo in the place. This first match between Adams and Douglas should be good. EDIT: Kept up with Barney's progress through twitter today, cracking performance from him to pick up the tour win. In response to Dom's point - I think we will see Barney on the circuit much more than he used to be. I think he has to just to keep his place in the two-year ranking system. DomDom
Very solid first set from Douglas there. Finishing decent enough and scoring 90+ every visit seemingly. Adams is going to have to get his act together.
DomDom
Lots of slack darts coming from Douglas and Adams is finding his groove a bit here. I think winning the first set got into his head. Adams has seemingly been woken up by it too. A bad combination for Douglas. Very impressive from Adams. 15 and 13 darter.
The Naitch
Yep, solid second set from Adams to bring him back level. This match has potential.
DomDom
Douglas was really onto a hiding when Adams turned the screw. Even when it looked like Douglas might get a bit of rest from the ruthlessness of it, Adams puts another T20 in there. A procession of solid darts. It's going to take a lot to dethrone him on this form.
The Naitch
Durrant flying here against John Boy. Don't hold out much hope for Walton.
taurus
What's the coverage been like on ESPN?
DomDom
It's a lot more "modern". This Durrant guy can play a bit, can't he? Walton is doing well to hang in for the set.
The Naitch
Second set to Durrant, he's throwing fantastically well.
DomDom
This is incredible from Durrant. Absolutely incredible. I hope he keeps it up for this leg and keeps his 105+ average because he deserves it.
The Naitch
Durrant deservedly through... he played a blinder against John Boy!
DomDom
Gary Robson took long enough to get going but when he did, he looked good. The guy he was playing clearly not good enough.
