dogmc
Was that not the Swinson / Murray incident. Touch judge stopped it because Murray was out cold, ref went penalty by error. He was allowed back onto pitch after passing HIA1 and 2 which was disgraceful. World Rugby are going to investigate the incident as any player knocked out should not be put through an HIA but withdrawn. Yep he should have been hooked immediately.

honestly united
Win at Leicester and were going to get one of Clermont, Saracens / Toulouse, Wasps / Connaught or Leinster (assuming we avoid Munster in the quarters). More likely to be Clermont, Leinster or Saracens if they win.
John Lambies Doos
Would take saracens or clermont over the RDS tbf
Mark Connolly
I see noted supporter of fair play Alan Quinlan has had a dig at Glasgow's "treatment" of Connor Murray. http://www.independent.ie/sport/rugby/champions-cup/alan-quinlan-you-always-target-players-but-what-glasgow-did-to-conor-murray-was-cynical-and-dangerous-35369920.html
Northsea80
It's an article about nothing. Criticises three incidents then says on second viewing they aren't as bad as they initially looked. We know Glasgow are doing something right when we get the Irish in a flap. They realise we're a real threat to them now.
dogmc
Munster allowing Murray to play on after being knocked out was far more dangerous than anything Glasgow did. None of the tackles on Murray were illegally late, the players were legitimately committed. He also got himself knocked out twice by tackling like an idiot. Oh and the likes of quinlan n munster calling Glasgow out for cynical is like the Yorkshire ripper slagging off benny hill for his attitude to women. Irish teams have had too many pet refs in Pro12 and encountering actual neutral ones in Europe is a shock to their system.

Shock, horror, opposition try to unsettle one of other teams best players, why hasn't someone thought of that before last Saturday?

honestly united
Only surprise is Dickinson missing, is he still injured and going to miss the 6 nations? I would also have included another fly half, either Jackson or Horne as you know Weir isn't going to get on if he is on the bench.

Jaggy Snake
I'm obviously not saying he should be there (and could theoretically still be called up as cover once injured players drop out) but other than when he was injured in 2008, I think that’s the first six nations squad since 2004 not to include Sean Lamont.
dogmc
I expect Laidlaw will cover 10 at a push. Hogg is the cover despite only playing one game at 10 in 4 years and only 4 or 5 as a senior. Horne is still injured.
dogmc
Didn't realise cornell du preez was qualified. The centre and back 3 options are arguably the best we have ever had. Jon Welsh is a handy option if nel or Fagerson are injured.
