Mark Connolly
Ali Price needs to calm the f**k down - he's been wild for two weeks

I remember that we had a similar situation against one of the SA teams a few months back when Adamson reffed our game. I'm not saying that he'll be biased but, as with Adamson, it's utterly ridiculous that a referee is put in that situation knowing that accusations will inevitably be flung about. Adamson is slightly different as he only played one game for Glasgow Not particularly. One game or one hundred games - dimwits like me will still be screaming bias. Also, absolutely STUNNED to see that Ali Price is responsible for his team conceding a try with poor passing.

Crap, wild passes then that "tackle" there. He's third choice at the moment.

All that is missing is for us to get a penalty and then for it to get overturned because he's acted like a little bitch.

I was just thinking the same thing. We've actually fallen to bits a wee bit here, and it's coincided with Horne and Pyrgos going off.
Mark Connolly
We're far too frantic yet again. I wouldn't like to be facing up to Big Dave in the dressing room after this.
GAD
Ref genuinely just have that pen there because the Connacht player told him to
Savage Henry
Ali Price needs to calm the f**k down - he's been wild for two weeks What’s happened to that guy? He had a mediocre Six Nations when 9 was there for his taking. Now his Glasgow form has gone to pot. Flash is n the pan or temporary blip?
Allan Jacobsen
Is this ref's idol Craig Joubert?
Mark Connolly
Didn't look much wrong with Harley there, the Connacht guys beyond him fell over first.
same_ol_g35
I thought Harley came through the middle legally there. Looked harsh.

Mark Connolly
Must be our first penalty for about 20 mins. ETA: with the exception of the lucky one when Price fucked about at the back of the ruck. Edited April 13, 2018 by Mark Connolly
Mark Connolly
Job done. Pish in the 2nd half though.

Talking from experience, as someone who captained his school and university teams, I relied heavily on my no. 9. He was my link to the forwards and the backs. Price's problem is his head (both temper and game intelligence - as much as I hate that phrase). If he was to keep his head, he'd have the potential to be world class. There's a reason why Laidlaw was first choice 9 - he's a wee nyaff but he's an intelligent wee nyaff. Price is too passionate. There are times that something happens to him and his main focus is on getting revenge immediately. Likewise, he sometimes wants to play the killer ball rather than letting the forwards take contact. He needs more composure at times. To answer your question, I think it is a temporary blip. Very good player, passionate. Just needs his head screwed on at times. Also, shite ref tonight. Edited April 13, 2018 by Allan Jacobsen Removed the speculation.
Allan Jacobsen
Very happy to win that game. Glad to get the bonus point as well.

I think you are right. I think the fact Russell hasn't been playing well either hasn't helped. I wonder if the pressure has finally got to them a bit, Russell with his big move and Price with Laidlaw taking back his Scotland jersey and Horne being the new bright young thing at Glasgow. I hate to be negative, but I think Glasgow have got problems going into the playoffs. I think some good results have papered over some cracks, but I don't really fancy us to turn over any of Munster, Leinster or Scarlets when the chips are down. I hope I'm wrong, but I just think we have a softness those teams don't, and with Price and Russell being so off form we have lost a big creative spark.

It just depends who faces us. I think we could beat Munster. George Horne is something else. He's tremendous. I think that Adam Hastings should replace Russell. I trust him more than Horne. As for Russell, f**k Racing 92 - horrible c***s in general. On an Edinburgh note, I saw Cockerill bemoaning the fact that Weir is leaving. Why let him go then? It was Cockerill's decision, you assume. They'll struggle to replace him. Also, Worcester are utter gubbins. They'll go the same way as Rotherham Titans eventually.
