itzdrk
1. Policies for the Improvement of Pie and Bovril 1.1. Sponsorship of the SPFLThe SPFL currently operates without a sponsor, from the 2015/16 season onwards we propose that Pie and Bovril sponsors the SPFL. As the home for all of Scottish football we believe this very forum to be the perfect sponsors of the league.

The Dryhorce BinLike the old style P&B sin bin,but any posters that have overstepped the mark shall be sent to a forum occupied only by other 'prisoners'...and Dryhorce.Dryhorce showed enthusiasm for this prior to his banning adding I intend to police the room in the style of Vivian from The Young Ones when Mike found the oil in the basement This ban would be overturned so that this can go ahead

Head's Gone Hall of Fame (sub-section to the Gold forum)We believe every meltdown deserves to be rememberd and this would be the perfect place to keep them all on the site , not a discussion thread just one operated by the mods updating only quotes of breakdowns. itzdrk
2. Policies for the improvement of Media 2.1. The Daily Record shall only print in GaelicThe Daily Record is an affront to print media, it is probably the kind of paper that junior fans read, we do believe in freedom of the press so shutting a newspaper down is not something we could abide by. itzdrk
3. Policies for the improvement of Scottish Football 3.1. Junior FootballJunior football will be stripped of all funding and its teams will be banned from entering The Scottish Cup(3.8.) , this money can be put to better use (2.4 & 2.5) due to these teams being stripped of funding they will be incorporated into the amateur setup as their pathetic fanbases wont be able to see them pay wages. itzdrk
3. Policies for the improvement of Scottish Football 3.2. Beige CardManagers seen to be playing boring, negative football will be shown a beige card. Two beige cards mean that the manager is sent to the stands for the rest of that match but six beige cards in a season means that the manager must be forced, A Clockwork Orange style, to watch Greece's Euro 2004 DVD. itzdrk
3. Policies for the improvement of Scottish Football 3.3. EnforcersCaptains from each team will be used less as leaders of the team and more as enforcers. In the event of a nasty tackle or simulation from the opponent, the two captains will meet in the centre circle to fight. Each captain MUST select a WWF finisher, and I can't stress WWF any more none of this RKO pish I'm looking for Stunners and Rock Bottoms, and the player who gets either the pinfall or submission earns an extra goal for his team. There is some scope for this policy to change in the future, i.e. after the lower league haddy becomes a thing of the past due to policy 1 they may be used in this role instead

itzdrk
3. Policies for the improvement of Scottish Football 3.5. Points deductions* 3.5.1 Toilet facilitiesWe believe while there are an adequate number of toilet facilities at most Scottish football grounds but the majority of them are absolutely disgusting and this would not be viewed as acceptable for anything else and points deductions to clubs guilty would show how serious a matter we feel this is. 3.5.2 Restricted viewsWe believe that any team offering a restricted view has two options, allow people to sit in a seat where they cannot see the game properly and take a points penalty or close this part of their stadium *Points penalties will be looked at on a case by case basis by the SFA compliance officer
itzdrk
3. Policies for the improvement of Scottish Football 3.6. Away FansWe believe that away fans should be charged at the cheapest price that is on offer in the home end , away fans in Scotland are bonus income for teams and the more teams can get through the gate the better for everyone. itzdrk
3. Policies for the improvement of Scottish Football 3.7 Re-introduction of alcohol at scottish footballWe believe that alcohol should be re-introduced to fans in our grounds (with the exception of Rangers & Celtic), Getting smashed is good for the game but smashing c***s isnt. StewardsStewards must be fans/associates of the home side, the away side may bring their own stewards for their fans if they wish but the same rules apply. G4S and similar companies will be removed from our game.Respect in most cases is all that is required which this will give as known associates and not some old baldy speccy c**t with a hi-vis jacket thinking he is Vladimir Putin and throwing 8 year old boys out for having a carton of Ribeina (other drinks are available)
