Rant time. People who work at either call centres or switchboards who can barely speak English. For a start I phoned up a subby there to chase a quote up, asked to speak to Bryan. the stupid cow who answered couldn't understand that I wanted to speak to Bryan. How fucking hard is it , there is only one Bryan in that office. I then used his surname and she got confused. " Why do you call" she then asked. BECAUSE I WANTED TO FUCKING SPEAK TO BRYAN total muppet. Then when you call up the bank and get a call centre in bloody egypt or somewhere with people calling me "Mr Cooooooo wan" every 5th word.
