I simply had a think about public figures from my youth/childhood & did a Google images search on their current appearance. If they look fucked, they make the team!

My first ever attempt. In keeping with my interests, I opted for a mixture of figures from the worlds of television, football, politics, music & adult entertainment. Here's to their health*
Here's to healthy turn-outs at their funerals, that is!

I'm old enough to remember the original Falkirk version of this song.
"He's a w**k!"*
*Harsh.JL is one of the nicest people who's ever been associated with that club. Great song though.

Brilliant stuff. I thought Catherine Tate nailed it.

Thoughts & prayers are obviously with the victims
but also with the Green Brigade at this ideologically awkward time.

Will we be able to see it from here?
Only on webcams. I would expect an eruption to be a slightly larger version of this eruption from 2021, a few kilometres from Grindavik. Skip to 3:30 to see how little fucks Icelandic people give. Wouldn't be me.

I wouldn't pay too much attention to some of the more alarmist takes. The 2010 Eyjafjallajokull incident was so disruptive as a volcanic mountain erupted under a massive glacier, water expands to several hundred time its volume when it comes into contact with lava, pulverising the surrounding rock into fine particles & propelling them to high altitudes which could've clogged jet engines.
If/when this happens, it's likely to be a fissure eruption, basically the ground splitting apart & lava/gases being released through an open wound (Kenneth!) in the terrain. Obviously bad news for the town of Grindavik but the damage/disruption to infrastructure should be localised.

Big test for Starmer here at PMQs imo.
He's just been handed the keys to the full arsenal.
The thing about that is, he'll try to walk it in...

Queens have lost their last 5 home games and Saturday it’ll be 6 , after that hopefully it’ll be the end of marvellous Marvin.
Why would the 7th-placed team sack their manager after losing to the runaway leaders? That doesn't make sense.

We should be careful with this mob if they're up for it. They were not far from almost coming close to just about giving (Premiership strugglers) Aberdeen a game in the league cup.
