I think it's unlikely, but what if the choice was Rangers as tenants - or even more budget cuts?

People always talk of fan boycotts, too, but it takes a pretty big issue and pretty big disillusionment for fans to start boycotting and harming their own club.

I don't think the locals would be too happy about Rangers moving in.
