He was tolerated at first because his buffoonery was making money for the club. (Tolerated doing a lot of heavy lifting)

He had a beer, a “Boaby” pie and had clothes bins, all to make money for the club.

He seemingly believed his own self generated hype and was eased out by the club as a result, I’ve only read the stories on here so I don’t know if they are true.

That is brilliant. More clubs should do the same.

The Morten like to claim they're a sleeping giant with a large fanbase.

Sitting three points off the mighty Dee and probably only six off the top after Inverness game in hand midweek, I'd be expecting around 800-1000 for any decent club.

If we play the right team and show any sort of level of performance we'll win. We've been the better team at home against Queens Park, Inverness and Ayr. All of which are superior to this utter pish.

    Thank you.

Good team talk for Dougie. I think you’re right to be nervous.

  3. I think you are correct. The ex Morton players are good signings for you. That said, they were shite for us.  As I recall, Ross Forbes signed for you. Smashing  player when he played for us, and I doubt if many Morton fans said otherwise when you signed him. I hope you have a better season than last season.

Morton ruined him. He was absolutely outstanding in a rank rotten Alloa team when they signed him. Pretty much man of the match most weeks and scoring spectacular goals for fun from central midfield. Jim McInally decided not to play him there and he's never looked anywhere near as good since.

Jamie played some good games for us, and scored some cracking goals. Wasn't as good as you make out though. Didn't seem to do very much after he left us.
