I understand all the issues with ticket prices. However they are leaving it very late to sell season tickets before the season starts. Also how have other clubs in division set prices?

I think everyone needs to calm down a little! This situation happens in football all the time. Just need to move on whatever the outcome.

Queens pre season starts this week. A decision needs to made quickly so the players have some leadership. Worst possible start to season. Also compensation should be min buying up management teams contracts. Also I can't understand why season tickets are not being sold yet apart from junior blues.

Now that vote has been passed for reconstruction. I assume the board will get around to setting next terms admission and season ticket price. I trust it will be set at sensible amount to encourage take up.

That was clearly true. My concern is that players will be offered enhanced contracts compared to last season and two year contracts would be possibly repeating the mistakes of the past.Lets face it average attendance's next season are unlikely to be massively bigger than this.

There were many significant individual contributions by different players last season. And when did wearing a captains armband stand a player out from the rest. There were a few captains in last seasons squad.

What makes Higgins a special case. If he gets two years other players would seek the same.

Queens got themselves in deep trouble by giving two year contracts to players in the past. In the present economic climate in scottish football one year contracts are the only sensible way to manage the clubs finances.

As far as Paton goes you have to remember he was injured for most of the season so didn't have a preseason.Would be a useful addition to the squad and would improve next campaign.

Lets face it the majority of Dumfries folk have no interest in Queens. This is the best season in many along year yet home crowd averages only 1500 so no surprise that tickets haven't gone quicker for cup final.

Quite frankly the sooner we move on from last season the better. I for one am sick fed up of all the back biting and noncense over the last 12 months. The club needs a period of reflection and to move on to whatever our future is. Whatever that future is, my wife and i will be there, supporting Queens and shouting on whoever we have as a manager and in the team. Our financial situation has made this the reality and the sooner Queens fans acept this the beetter.
