Todd, McCann, Smith, Gill and Morrison I'd all expect to be in and around the first team next season .
Would be good to see Andy Todd, Austin McCann, Andy Smith and Stevie Morrison in the first team. Not sure who this Gill is though.

Higgy has previously done well as a wide player but he's so inconsistent. Except this season, consistently shit
Not disagreeing with any of that. However when he came on as sub on Saturday he was the only one who looked like he gave a f**k.

Let’s get intae these Fife inbred c***s next week.
That's the spirit. Glad a home defeat to the mighty Wasps hasn't dampened your enthusiasm.

Alloa to pick up another 3, and give Dunfermline far more problems than we did, Falkirk to get a draw, and United to beat us.
Hope you never put a lottery on.

We are absolutely shite and have terrible management. No fight, guile or clue.
Would be hugely surprised if we stay up.
Harsh but sadly true.

Bitch slapped by Dick Campbell we may be, but at least a portion of our fans aren’t having a wee hissy fit about it and resorting to the vile behaviour some of your fans seems to be resorting to. The “these aren’t Dunfermline fans” comments are classic, keep it up.Wasn't Dunfermline fans.

We need a bit of luck a lot of breaks and a few heros to emerge if we are to avoid the drop. We need a new beginning and to kick it off I suggest we should bin amirillo as our goal celebration for a bit(remember the days) and adopt the great escape as our anthem. Whistling that on a Saturday would at least bring a smile back. Singing were blue were white has become synonymous with the failure of the last ten years when for the most part we have been anything other than dynamite. Let's get on board the HMS optimistic from Saturday get right behind the team as a win in Fife could be the beginning of a new dawn.
Good stuff, that's the spirit.

SSN reporting that someone has been charged with throwing coins at a Dunfermline player during the game on October 6th... https://www.skysports.com/football/news/11793/11545627/man-charged-after-falkirk-coin-throwing
Missed the target, sums up our season really!
Should fine the club and deduct points i.m.o.

They were mince but up against the worst Falkirk team I have ever seen. No way they'll be anywhere near the play-offs
Falkirk may make the play offs. Wouldn't surprise me if they finished bottom though.

Bloody expensive pish up. Wish I had that kind of money to chuck away.
Money spent watching the Pars and getting pished is money well spent i.m.o

Anyone handing over £20 for a glorified friendly against an English non-league side needs their head looked at.
Quite a few going mate so a lot of heads needing looked at. I'm going as it's something completely different from the usual teams we play. Plus an excuse for a pish up if I'm honest.

Few of us booked Easy Jet flight and it's going up as you say. All booked into hotel 0.5 miles from the ground.
Lizzie supporters club taking a mini-bus. Full already. Seems to have captured the imagination.
Has date been confirmed? Didn't want to book anything in case it was moved to Sunday

What's the little thing that's been built outside the shop? Do we intend to keep someone's ashes in it?
Anyone, anyone.....Bueller?Think it's something to do with Dunfermline players who died during first world war. Then again I could be talking shite.

And that's fair play for him, but if the players are getting humped throughout pre season, does it have an effect on them? Especially if it's teams they should be expected to thump if it was a regular game? You need a win or two in there somewhere, or heads will start to fall, even if it is just pre season.
Don't think we won a friendly last season. Lost three nil to rovers, four nil to Hibs and five two to thistle. When the real stuff started we were excellent in the first part of the season giving out gubbings to caley and saint mirren amongst others. So no, pre season results don't matter at all.

Do Pars fans in all honesty believe that we are really going to sign Fais and Vincent?
I'd love to have them both in our team as they'd be the type of players that would see us challenge for automatic promotion but, I just don't think it'll happen. I don't think DAFC are even close to being lucky enough to land these guys.
Who genuinely thinks this is going to happen?
Think Vincent's a possibility. Not Fais unfortunately

Well, I bet within 2 days of living in Dingwall, he'll be begging to come back to Dunfermline. I can state this with inside knowledge as I was born there.
Would imagine he'll live in Inverness
Not sure Dingwall would be exciting enough for Callum. Likes a good night out.
