  1. Plenty of free trial offers around if you can look for them. Try using quidco - I think you get a month free or something. They do do "Mark your Card" Saturday lunchtime (preview prog) My own take on it though is: as I work 9-5, MOST of what I want to see in on C4 anyway. Sundays good stuff from France / Ireland etc, is generally on the ATR channel which costs me £1 a month & gets me Sky sp news too.
  2. Not like you to buy one either, but - hey ho
  3. So. Paddy Flannery claimed the tickets - had the pleasure of meeting him (top bloke BTW - strange for anyone on this forum, I know!! ) Along with his lovely girlfriend Laura. It was his 1st time going to the races - the jammy git only backed 2 winners & even got invited into the winners enclosure by Derek Thomson (channel 4 racing) where he also got a free bet! I think that's him hooked!!! He bought me a pint though, so, he's allright in my book!!
  4. We were too busy admiring old churches etc. Didn't go near any bars!!
  5. Got a couple of spare comp tickets for Hamilton tonight. Anyone interested, get in touch.
  6. Everything you need is here mate! http://www.chester-races.co.uk/race-day-information-0
  7. Sorry - it's a non-runner - ground too firm!
  8. Should have some info for Doncaster on Friday chaps.
  9. Both of these horses have won me serious cash over the last couple of years. TBH I feel TT has gone up in class a wee bit too much here though. Goldikova SURELY cant win another G1??
  10. Gary Wiltshire - Bookie (mainly dogs though)
  11. I assume you mean St Nich Abbey? Yip - I had the 2nd too & was counting my money 1F out!
  12. They do run 3m+ races at Ayr too don't you know? :P Have a good day!
  13. Paul Hannigan (jockey) could be worth following. He has a couple of good chances, then, is making the journey to Beverley (Yorkshire) for the evening meeting. There is a valuable race at Bev tonight, and the fact he stays in Yorkshire makes me wonder why he is bothering travelling all the way to Ayr for an average looking card.
  14. As with last Friday, racing is shooting itself in the foot again. yes, there is a major news event on today (like it or loath it) and, a vast % of the country is off. Many (mostly males) will be fed-up by now & would love a trip to the bookies / change from the crap on tv for the racing & we get 3 no better than average meetings. Why not run the 1000 guineas today rather than Sunday? Why no racing on Good Friday, but allowed on Easter Sunday? Racing for change? I wish!
  15. The 6.10 at Sedgefield is definitely in the EVENING! (happy to help!)
  16. Can't see the difference Dale - whats the problem? (Best site out there BTW!)
  17. We will likely find out in a year and a half! - but, yes!
  18. Impossible to oppose! - Arguably the best horse in training at the mo'! Paul Nicholls "The biggest problem with Big Bucks is - that Big Bucks doesn't realise how good Big Bucks is!"
