Well done to the Manager and the board for getting all these players signed up quickly, a big positive to start pre season training with a group of players who know each other and seem to get on well. Hope the Hemmings rumours are true as he would be a quality addition to the squad. Looking forward to what should be a hard and competitive Championship next season and I feel that a top 4 finish is again a realistic target.

Would like to think there would be plenty of entries this year. Put mine in last week.

Thats a disgrace to be honest, thought things were improving between the club and fans but that is a major mistake on their part (if true)

Nothing announced but I heard that there is a possibility of ticket prices remaining the same for next season......

Junior Blues tickets will again be £18 next season. Also pleasing news about ticket prices for next season.

JRS, I also missed the Aberdeen SF in 2008 after being at all the previous rounds including up at Peterhead. Watched it in a bar in Morzine in the French Alps and like you the locals must have thought I had lost the plot. Still buzzing from last nights game.

Absolutely shocked and disgusted that the BOD did not listen to the fans. The right decision was made by the majority to put Rangers in Div 3. The damage to QOS caused by voting YES will be far greater than Messers Hewitson,Robertson and Patterson think. They are certainly on a different planet than the supporters. Also the article in the Record today with Davie Rae was cringeworthy and embarrasing beyond belief. Im pretty down and gutted tonight but I wont be turning my back on the club I have supported for most of my life, the current BOD wont be here for ever but hopefully the club will be. I feel sorry for the management team and players as they really need our support and backing this season and I will certainly give it but the current board have certainly let the side down this time.

Maybe I am in a minority here but I would love us to get Holmer back at Palmerston.

Well pleased with the latest signing news, as has been said already we have got the best of last years senior players signed up plus our best youngsters. A few new faces and a decent pre-season and we should hit the ground running. A few early wins under the belt will attract people to come through the turnstyles, which creates a better atmosphere and pushes the team on even more. Relegation can be a positive effect on Queens and with a bit of luck we can come back up at the first time of asking. It did no harm to Ross County when they fell to Div2 a few seasons ago. Looking forward to 2012/13.

Im sorry that it did not work out for Mark Campbell as he has been through a lot in recent years, hoped he would be a pivotal part of our defence this season but from quite early on it was evident he was struggling. Good move for us and for him to be released.

............Just to add.. Im pleased with the way things are progressing at Palmerston and Gus seems to be assembling a decent group of players who should be able to ensure we are not struggling at the foot of the table. Im confident we will do quite well this season.

On the OS the other night it depended where you were looking for Live Updates....if you clicked on live in the match centre on the home page it was correct and updating from the "meet the Manager" at Palmy.....but if you went via the live updates on the news page it was showing the Stirling game from Palmerston at end of last season. And it was the same on my laptop, desktop PC at home and at work.

Been stuck out in France the last few weeks but been kept informed with whats happening at Palmerston. I am quite pleased the way things have developed and feel that Gus and Andy plus the appointment of the new director can bring a bit of stability to the club. Hope the stories about Reidy departing are unfounded and that we can sign a few decent players before pre season starts. Whats the latest on Alan Johnston ? I thought he was excellent for us at the end of the last campaign and would love to see him retained next season in a player/coach role as the young players would learn so much from him.

This should have been sorted out weeks ago and it certainly aint a good feeling being a QOS fan just now, with pre-season only a matter of weeks away, not knowing where we are training and only having 3 full time pro's signed up !! BUT....It cant be all doom and gloom before a ball is kicked, would love the BOD to appoint a high profile Manager if possible and hopefully this would give the club a boost. ( Im sure there are one or two in the applicants). Plenty of decent players still looking for contracts and the longer it goes on then they will be more likely to sign for lesser wages...This is the start of a new era for the club so until it all goes completely t**s up I will remain optomistic.

If we go PT then I would not be too unhappy to see Alan Maitland appointed, but would still want us training in Glasgow (or somewhere central)

Two home games with Ayr Utd next season....plus two great away days to Somerset Park....things are looking up.

My bet would be that KB will be Manager next season. I hope so as he deserves another chance after what he achieved this season...think once he is sorted out we will find a few of the players accepting contracts to play at Palmy next season. Dont think things are as bleak as a lot of folk are making out.
