I appear to be feeling the cold more so I'm resorting to wearing jumpers and cardies, which is unusual for me. I've been told this happens to people of a certain age. I don't like this

He must be due back pretty soon i'd have thought? No hauntings round here for a while now.
At least Vectron's buggered off, by Vectron

I had to go to bed bloody early last night with a bit of a bug:
Sore joints
Dizzy
Blocked nose
Hacking up stuff
Sore throat
It appears I developed some sort of fever last night
Last night was fun. I now have copious amounts of self pity.
Swine flu, sir?

Guilty conscience my mum says..The thing is i have always been an early riser,so i tend to go to bed early.I fall asleep no problem but 3 hours later I'm wide awake.More wine needed i think.
I've got the dentist today and I'm not looking forward to it in the slightest. I'm getting a filling, which I hate the most. Taking a tooth out I can handle, but I hate fillings

Royal Mail's strike...right after I've bought two tickets to go to Crystal Palace v Middlesbrough on Saturday week when I'm down in London. I'll need to phone Palace and find out what's going on as I leave on Wednesday

Really tired after a day of boozing yesterday (please note no hangover) and I'm working in two jobs today so I won't get to bed until at least midnight.
I really am getting too old for this shit

Having my bank card swallowed the day before pay day with £25 still in your account, which would go a long way today. The bank Nazis cancelled my card on the 26th (Saturday) even though its expiration date is October.
This Timelord is not a happy bunny

Having to leave a potentially cracking night out at 11pm because I'm working this morning. One of the girls in the pub I work was leaving so I was being Mr Sensible and only going down for a couple just to show face for a wee while.
But the vibe was great and I was really starting to enjoy myself when people started heading into Glasgow, at which point I decided to call it a night.
Gutted now, especially as I seen one of the girls just getting home at 6.30am as I was on the bus coming to work

Mmm.Actually im running late today i have to take my dad to the hospital for some day surgery. My mum wants to go with him. They are in there late 70,s so it is worse than getting the kids up..when they get to that age they go full circle...
My brother of course phones to make sure i can take them..even though he is closer..
I'm back at work today after two days off. I could have destroyed my alarm clock this morning

Clinton Cards in Falkirk are looking for part time workers.
I don't know what's worse about that. Working in Clinton Cards or working in Falkirk

When you purchase something off the internet then two days later when you're expecting it to arrive, you get an e-mail saying it won't be in stock for almost a week. b*****ds.
There aren't enough "Reasons To Be Cheerful" today The thread's moved on to the second page of GN now

ive just checked my coupon aswell, same team let me down
You as well? Leicester done me out of £220 last night. I don't mind if a coupon goes tits up completely, but if one result does you, then that gets on my nerves

Lothian buses. 15 minutes late, thus I ended up being late for whatever patronising talk I came into uni for today. I hate walking in late and causing a disruption; so I've more or less wasted my time getting up at the back of 6. Boo.
The new capybara...?

And, whilst I'm here, I don't believe Livi should be heavily penalised for not playing the East Stirlingshire game. I think awarding it 3-0 to East Stirling, with a compensation order, would be sufficient, given the circumstances.
Now that the Livi issue has been resolved, as in they are finally accepting their fate, what say I close this bad boy down once and for all?
I created the beast and I (along with the mods) have the power to kill it

Hadn't posted on GN for a few days - then post last night and get slagged off.
Real PTTGOYN is people taking the Lunch Table thread waaaaay to seriously. Maybe they need more fibre in their diets.
Back at work today after four days off with a virus. Then I'm working in the pub tonight. It's going to be a tiring one today

Game of golf in the morning, bookies and ASDA in the afternoon for the coupon/beer, then round to mine with a friend or two to get absolutely buckled.
Love it.
Enjoy, dude. If I'm not working at a game, I usually enjoy kicking back with some hot Jeff action. Mrs Doctor hates it

What, haven't you heard? We've signed a striker from Queen's Park with a "hilarious first touch", and we have Andy McNeil in goal tomorrow.
We're going to win the league. B)
Miss us yet?
I feel for you Toma. My dad used to know a guy with the same name, who's probably in his late 50's now and like goalkeeper Andy McNeil, he couldn't trap his own boaby in his hands

Why are you going to the Stenhousemuir -vs- Arbroath game tomorrow? What's your agenda?
I'm working, quite simply. There is no agenda on my part. Just purely to enjoy a game of football B)

I don't know what I'm more pissed off about this morning. The fact that in Glasgow City Centre, at 7.15am, I couldn't get ANY of the newspapers because none of the shops had them or that the carton of milk I bought from Tesco is too warm for me to enjoy over a bowl of Shreddies.
Where are we living now?! AFRICA, FFS?!
