Speaking of former Bairns, I was thinking about Scott Arfield whilst watching the Hibs game today. The boy McGinn came on and it was mentioned he's in line for a scotland call up. Surely Arfield is further up the pecking order, fair enough there has possibly been better players keeping him out of previous squads but surely he can't be left out again when we are including a player who plays against part timers most weeks. No wonder he's talking about switching allegiance to Canada Come On Ye Bairns

I wonder how Luke would do playing left side of midfield now. He's certainly improved as a player getting regular game time at left back but with left mid being his natural position when we signed him and the youngster Gallagher coming through, I think this could be a worth a look especially when the playoff spot becomes assured. It's really just the sides we need strengthened. Right/left midfield and a right back being priority. We are okay at left back for now assuming Leahy sees out his contract with cover coming from Gallagher. If possible we should try get players who can play multiple positions on the flanks so we'd be able to mix things up if things are not working during games
