  1. The deal between the club and the council was reported at the time as being a rent of £20,000 this year then £50,000 per year thereafter. So which version of events is it?
  2. I'm led to believe Massone is back in the country, ready to make an appearance at the CVA meeting tomorrow at the stadium (Almondvale Suite). Perhaps one final hurrah?
  3. Funny, never seen anything to do with the supporters' football sides on the website. But I'll bear it in mind for the near future! Notice of the meeting will be going up soon enough, no point putting it in amongst all the pre-match and post-match stuff for today's debacle or it will simply slide off the front page.
  4. He was dressed like that to raise money for Breast Cancer Awareness day, as he says on his thread on Livi Lions. I don't think he's particuarly ashamed at looking like that for a day for a good cause, especially considering he posted the picture.
  5. I don't know where the sentiment comes from that the Inland Revenue have greater power with regards to debt owed by football clubs. Since 2002, they are no longer known as what was classed as a 'preferential creditor'. Instead, they have the same legal clout as an ordinary creditor, akin to those who are allegedly owed money as reported by the papers. If the story is true, then they would be subject to the same legal process as any other creditor. And if the club "went to the wall" as is said, they'd either get the grand sum of bugger all for their troubles, or x amount of pence in the pound from a CVA. Simply put, do your bloody homework, Gary Ralston.
