    Do you think Holloway retains?

Only a casual watcher of UFC/ MMA but from what I’ve been reading it appears to be a genuine 50/50 split.

TBF, we're in speculation territory with Ortega. He's looked very good in recent fights, but Holloway has already proven himself. Holloway wins by strikes in the middle rounds imo.

The WBC have ordered a rematch of fury wilder. That'll upset matchroom

Just to make sure Wilder doesn't have to fight Brezeale next, apparently.

Joshua v Wilder is still the next expected fight after being given an exception.

Here it's only a matter of time for the whole trans vs feminist war to spill into women's fitba. Imagine Fletcher self identifying as a lady to get a few more caps and a trip to France

The Feminist, 'Progressive' snake eating its own tail, this could never have been predicted imho.

Considering the many high school students now claiming they're trannies, here's Scotland's chance to find the best boys at each sport and sweep the women's board at the next Commonwealth games :thumsup2

Some interesting demographic analysis in the press today.

For years we've been told that Scotland is no more "inclusive" or "civic" than the rest of the UK. Well it turns out that while on average there isn't much in it, the detailed stats show the following:

    1) Scots polled as Indy/SNP voters are more likely than people in the rest of the UK to be positive about immigration and multiculturalism.

    However,

    2) Scots polled as being supportive of "unionist" parties (Labour and Tories specifically being highlighted) are less likely than people in the rest of the UK to be positive about immigration and multiculturalism.

The esteemed Prof. Sir John Curtice (as so loved by Unionists any time his psephologist skillset allowed him to make a point that sounded bad for the Yes campaign) explained it on Radio Scotland this morning.  He went as far as to describe it as unusually civic nationalism in Scotland.

So the upshot is: if it wasn't for the less tolerant, and in some cases xenophobic, unionists, Scotland would be a more tolerant place.

Have a source for this, it sounds plausible but also rife for statistical skullduggery. Point 2, of course a subset of folk away from the average are going to be away from the average of the entire set.

No matter how much the BBC try and foist Womens football down our throats no one outside of friends and family of the players will ever give a toss about it.

Wouldn't take it quite that far, but the BBC's behaviour on the subject is indeed hilariously and wildly out of proportion to the actual importance and status of the womyn's game..

They did the same with the Six Nations, injecting propaganda about the womyn's tournament at every opportunity. Tuned in to one online game, Scotland v England I think, and there were something like 30 viewers.

  6. Fury had Wilder dazed a number of times, but didn't have the wherewithal to finish him. Can only imagine someone like Joshua would be better able to take advantage.

Fury-Wilder plays out the same again.

Fury-Joshua is the one I'd like to see most out of curiosity, though Joshua-Wilder is likely the better spectacle.
