I agree it's more referring to incoming offers but I only mention it because Mo is very active in offering trades and you have to deal with that valuation when trading with him.

Yeah it does apply more to incoming offers as you say but normally both teams have something to gain from a deal, whereas I'd say because Mo has such a good team, he doesn't need to deal either way and can still remain strong. Whereas a weaker team may really need that player or pick to give their squad a boost. So with Crabtree for example, a poorer team might be thinking about cutting their losses and someone else might fancy him to bounce back soon, so they come to a deal. But Mo has stated he's only gonna trade him for a first, and he doesn't really need to trade him, so he can just keep him.

Tbh it's almost impossible to value a player in this league now. There have been so many ridiculous trades that people will now look for similar value when they come to trade a player. In the case of Mo, he has no incentive to trade. He is basically stacked at most positions and already has the best team in the league, with future high draft picks to come. So when it comes to guys like Crabtree he can look for a first rounder because it doesn't matter if they don't accept the trade.

I'm gonna have to go Al Davis and get my team moved here. It's looking damn near impossible to get off the foot of my division now.

I'm sorry but why are we not allowed to veto? I get that it's up to the guy making the trade and in a lot of cases it could turn out that he was right but unless Ahmad Bradshaw turns into Barry sanders tomorrow then I'm no getting it.
