  1. Kelty applied as a Junior club and had to move to gain the licence due to the rule change, that still applies. Linlthgow got their licence before the rule change. The Juniors are coming in next season 2019-20 despite what you say. As I said Junior clubs can apply for the licence.... Facts, I am more than happy to accept facts even if they come from you. What I dislike about you is the hatred you have towards the Juniors or any poster who speaks against the bile you write. Time will tell who is right.
  2. The change to the rule clearly states. Exisiting member clubs can apply for derogation. I asked Laura Anderson of the licence department will that include clubs who have applied, her answer was NO ! Clubs will have to organise and challenge this. Once again I can confirm Junior clubs are entitled to apply. Application is not reserved for clubs already in the pryamid. Linlithgow and Kelty both Junior clubs when they applied. Nothing has changed. Burnieman once again spins it his way.
  3. When i asked the question about current applications or new applications before the 31/12/2018 Laura Anderson informed me all applicants would have to have floodlights to gain the licence. I think it is unfair but the Senior clubs were never going to accept a huge influx of clubs getting licenced and taking cash out of their game.
  4. Junior clubs can apply, we have always been able to apply.
  5. Junior clubs have always been able to apply. Linlithgow did it then they changed the rules to any club being granted a licence had to join a Senior league. Having spoke with Laura Anderson at the SFA any club who already has a licence but does not have floodlights can apply for derogation. Clubs who have applied but not been granted one yet will require floodlights with no derogation open to them. This may change as I know clubs who have paid their money are hoping the SFA will open discussion with them for derogation to apply to them as well. I hope those clubs get a fair hearing.
  6. It is clear the ERJFA & WRJFA are both in at tier 6 ! There was a meeting last Thursday between the North Juniors & HL attended by Ian Maxwell. This was to discuss the pryamid within the North. The ERJFA were not there or invited and no Tayside clubs were invited. I stand by what I have said and if I am wrong I am more than prepared to admit I was wrong.
  7. You are correct about the minutes ! I would ask him where he got that from as I know there was no such discussion about a Tayside league. He also mentions the East juniors coming in ! Burnieman will be on in a minute putting the booty in again ( keyboard warrior ) claiming this that and the next thing. All I have done is publish the facts as they were passed to me. I have no agenda Burnie on the other hand ?
  8. Why would the region secretary put his name to something that was not fact ? If as Burnie says the ERJFA is not in at tier 6 then why does he not ask the secretary of the EoS to take the advert to the SFA or PWG stating that John Reilly is printing lies to the detrement of the EoS
  9. Absolute crap. There has been no discussion on a Tayside league with the SFA or PWG
  10. The email was not leaked ! The SFA have not denied it ! EoS have said the West Juniors are in but not the East, they are suggesting there will be a Tayside league coming in at tier 6 but this is not true. I have said it before there has never been any discusson about forming a new Tayside League.
  11. ERJFA has been accepted into the pryamid at tier 6 from season 2019-20 . Teams who you say got promoted through default are not any worse or better than say Blackburn who never played in the Super League. Many other smaller clubs like Crossgates and Inverkeithing Swifts who were not even a Junior club are not any better or worse than some of our smaller clubs. Let's not kid ourselves the clubs that have moved have'nt suddenly became world beaters. Next season when you have a Premier League the same clubs who struggled at the wrong end of the Super League will struggle in the new Premier. The product is not any better either in the EoS or the ERJFA !
  12. I do not agree with what the SFA have done but I think it is more than obvious the Senior clubs have sent their messagre loud and clear. They do not want us
  13. The product is not dead and why not canvas ? EoS have advertised what is the difference ? The Highland league don't want the North Juniors let aloneTayside clubs. By the way I think the region should be split. There should be a Lothian region and a Tayside/Fife region.
  14. When we save up enough money to purchase a set...then we might have a switch on.
  15. Alan, good luck to you and Camelon. I look forward to following your progress through the leagues
  16. Burnie, I have said it before and I'll say it again. ERJFA & WRJFA will be part of the pryamid from season 2019/20 ................. If I am wrong I will come on here and openly admit I am thick....now will you do the same ?
  17. You were the one who said it was lies, you were the one who said it was a draft email. If it is not true why don't you get the EoS representative to put out a notice stating that. I'll look forward to your apolgy
  18. So now we have fake news plus Mr Maxwell's fake email...it's all lies ...because you say it is.
  19. Burnie, I had nothing to do with that. I'm not sure if you have been taken for a fool or you are a fool. I also have no issue with any club wanting to gain promotion through the pryamid system, good luck to them. The game is over Burnie !
  20. Promotion ? Happy being a Junior club ! By the way our application is in
  21. You first need to be admitted to the SFA as effectively an "Associate" member before you can formally begin the Licence process. This needs to be done at an SFA Board meeting, and the next meeting isn't until 2019, whereupon you'll be subjected to the 2019 criteria ie floodlight requirement. There is nothing in the licence process that says you must first become an associate member
  22. Based on the information sent out this week and a call I had with Laura Anderson of the SFA licence department any club who has applied to be licensed now have to meet the new criteria. Clubs who have paid their money and are in the system for audit must have floodlights to the required standard to gain their licence. Derogation only applies to existing licensed clubs who gained their licence but still do not have floodlights. I have always said the Senior clubs do want the cake sliced any thinner.
