The whole team is leaving. I'd already started making moves and got an email notification on my watch asking me if I'm free for an interview on Monday within about 5 minutes of us finishing discussing whether it was enough for us to stay. Gonna be a fun talk for the last guy in the team when they resign

Firstly I'm not having a go here this is just getting something off my chest as a few folk keep using this phrase to call Ukraine. It's just called Ukraine not 'the Ukraine'. That was what the Russians referred it as during soviet times. So it's a possessive phrase and given the reasoning given for this war it is inappropriate.
