Greenpeace might as well disband now that the Tories have solved the climate emergency by appointing Steve Barclay

I like to think of it as being equivalent to 0.000367% of Scotland's share of what the Tories corruptly spent on dodgy PPE through their COVID VIP lanes.
I don't really want any of Scotland's share of what the Tories corruptly spent on dodgy PPE through their COVID VIP lanes being spent on Michael fucking Matheson's phone bill.

I'm assuming Mikey boy was not using the WiFi as Porn and gambling is probably banned in Morocco.
11 Grand roaming is hard work even for some halfwit that ends up on the COMPO FACES thread.
Any P&B holiday makers been hammered by roaming charges, and then expected the Tax Payer to bail them out ?
He was doing constituency work, it says so in the article.

If the IDF is targeting Hamas, why do ordinary civilians in Gaza need 4 hour breaks every day from the IDF?

Police have been saying for months there would be loads of them in Niddrie on Bonfire Night. It gave neds plenty of opportunity to organise themselves to chuck fireworks at them. Doesn't look like the neds were fighting amongst themselves.
Less overt policing next year would probably help.

I expect some of the names mentioned might actually be quite good constituent MPs even if they vote for the most horrific policies imaginable.
One name who definitely wasn't a good constituency MP and who voted for the most horrific policies is Nadine Dorries.

The Glazers have been forcing Marcus Rashford to have a birthday party as well now

How many warnings of attacks do you think that intelligence/security services receive on an ongoing basis? Your account is no less simplistic - and wrong - than claiming that the US knew about 9/11 in advance (note all the anti-Semitic tropes that swirl around that conspiracy) or indeed that the US and the Soviet Union deliberately 'allowed' the attacks that brought both countries into the Second World War.
It is just toxic bullshit to try and shift attention from Hamas' terrorist actions.

Would be like saying an FA Cup televised game should be Boreham Wood vs Walsall instead of Cardiff vs Swansea.
It should be.

I would be absolutely shocked to my core if they chose either of those matches.
Tranent vs Forfar or Dunbar vs Alloa? I can almost guarantee that at least one Championship club will be televised.
Non league v league would be better than two clubs that play each other every week.

Sturgeon is a lawyer so she would have known exactly the consequences of deleting the messages. So what must the messages have shown?

Can see Antony being sold for £35m to a Saudi club in January.

They BBC should (and will) pick either the Dunbar or Tranent matches.
Dunfermline v Raith Rovers is the blandest tie imaginable.

Strange emotions about this but anyone else feeling abit of guilt that we as humans are pretty much watching genocide and the outcry and action is minimal considering?
ETA -I feel a bit silly saying this obviously my personal actions have nothing to do with it but seeing an entire region being carpet bombed is just hard to watch especially when the western world at best are just turning a blind eye to it.
For me, it's the fact that some people think holding the opinion I have about what Israel is doing makes me scum. I just can't get me head round it.
I use the fact I can't do anything about it (or any other upsetting world event) as a coping mechanism - it would be happening even if i wasn't here.

They should be used to having them in the Alba Party, shouldn't be an alien concept.
21 minutes ago, Salt n Vinegar said:Trouble is, stupidity like that just splits the Pro-Indy vote allowing the Labour and Tory @rsecheeks to claim they are doing better. For a couple of elections the SNP, the Greens and the 4 folk in Alba should stand together on an independece ticket and tell Westminster to gtf.
The problems start when the combined vote share of Scotland United is less than 50%

I’m not too sure how “official” the green brigade membership but if it’s something that is registered somewhere then the club should increase the cost of the members season tickets to cover the fine as it’s not really fair on the club/other supporters that they need to suffer because of the actions of a few thousand.
Celtic should grow a backbone and tell UEFA to f**k off.
Waving Ukrainian flags was fine a few months ago. Why are Palestinian flags banned now.

Maybe the IDF could turn on the electricity in Gaza for a little bit so they could show the families of dead Palestinian children the photos of dead Israeli children. I'd imagine that would win hearts and minds in Gaza no problem.

You could undoubtedly take steps that will start to mend bridges between the two sides. A solution, be it two-state or one (secular) state, is a long way off, but not impossible.
You could start by stopping the illegal settlements in the West Bank, and stopping the occupation of Gaza.
Demographics will put an end to the Israeli Paelstine conflict eventually.
If it isn't happening already, perhaps the population of Israel (and Palestine) will become more atheist like much of the West. Opposition or support of Israel's claim to the land which they occupy might start to get flimsy when folk think the book in which that claim is in is no more than a fairy story.
You can see this happen in NI where the opinions on Unionism v Nationalism are beginning to become less about Protestants v Catholics.

Being an MP is a daft qualification for being a minister if you think about it for any longer than 20 seconds
