  1. Some big assumptions being made here, mainly on the initial intentions of the owners and their endgame.

I d qccept theres been ownership issues at other clubs, but cant think of a single one where the new owner didnt parade in with the big sell.

I like the romantic notion that brabco are dumbarton fans who can see a means to progress the club and make a profit at the same time.

  2. Asset strippers and carpet baggers? dont recognise that description as being the board who ve led the club to this position.

Aye, murrays had an impact but who hired him and supports his work. Looking around the ground it doesnt look like its being starved of attention or money either.

Aye, ask questions. But the guys running the club deserve some credit and the benefit of the doubt.

  3. Would like to think McNiff will get a chance. Very good in our promotion season.

    not sure if trolling...

Niff was part of the team promoted from the playoffs out of the 2nd div, also part of the team that had such a poor start in the 1st division. Since then a stalwart with annan in the new 2nd / old 3rd.

For me, he can go with our thanks.

  4. Think shiels freeing of mclaughlin and novo so quickly was after a quick cost/benefit analysis. For getting rid of them morton seem to have been able to bring in 3 or 4. i dont the judgement to free big mclaughlin would have been purely a footballing one. Quite happy to see him with us, though i remember him as being right sided like andy g.

  5. bad news about Andy Graham. McNiff is good but if he's out on loan, that action alone might not motivate him to return and do a good shift or two. If he's on loan, he isn't part of the strategic plan then, is he?

None of the players out on loan are available for recall. Think we ll see murray before one of the young boys in the first 11.

  6. I could paddle on the hall way carpet now!

    good song :D

anyhow, you may have a wee valve on the pipe going into the tap under the sink. it'll be a little thing which'll look like a screw head on probably a silver fitting. the line of the screw head will be parallel to the pipe, and will turn a quarter turn to close entirely. assuming thats whats fitted, you can turn it with a flat screwdriver or a knife or summat.
