The sfa hearing thing didn't happen on monday for some reason. This court thing should be interesting...

That's been pushed back now until December 23rd. Thing that really annoys me about that is that is very likely to be either payday or the day before payday for Livingston.

If the money is seized then no-one is getting paid just before Christmas potentially. Absolutely shocking.

I do have a question about this though, are Alloa and Dumbarton facing any punishment for what's going on? Or does Rankine not being involved with the clubs in an official capacity mean that there's no wrong doing on their part?

I don't think anyone really knows for sure, this one has dragged on a while though. It would be the ultimate Christmas present for Cowdenbeath though if all of these clubs got punished.

Are Livi still waiting on hearing the outcome of the cases about unpaid tax and club ownership? Any idea when an outcome will be decided as I assume there isn't much point in making changes until that's sorted one way or another.
